What is a family membership?
- The family membership includes two adults and all children 17 and under living in the same household.
Children 18 and older cannot be added to your family membership. They will need to purchase an individual membership.
How do I upgrade my individual membership to a family membership?

How do I add my family members to my family membership?

Sign in to the member portal. Once you are signed in, click the menu icon in the upper left corner, then click on the "Profile" tab. Scroll down to the Personal Information section. Click “Update Details” to edit your family members' information. Save your changes to make sure the updated details are recorded.
Why can't I see my family members in the portal?

Access to view and edit family members' information is restricted to the Primary Account Holder.
