How to enter the Lake O'Hara (Elizabeth Parker) Hut Lottery (Summer 2026)
To manage high demand for summer bookings, reservations for the Elizabeth Parker Hut are allocated through a lottery system. The lottery will be open until January 30th for ticket purchases. Follow the steps below to enter the Summer 2026 lottery.
Step 1: Go to the Lottery Page
Navigate to the official Alpine Club of Canada lottery page:
https://app.alpineclubofcanada.ca/hut-lotteries
Step 2: Log In or Create an Account
- ACC Members:
Log in using your member email address and password. If this is your first time log in into the new portal, you will have to reset your password. - Non-Members:
Create a free account to participate in the lottery. Click Sign-up and then 'Skip Membership'.

Important: The email address used for your account will be the primary method of contact if you win the lottery. Please ensure it is correct and monitored.
Step 3: Review the Lottery Details
Carefully read the lottery information for the Elizabeth Parker Hut – Summer 2026.
Once reviewed, scroll to the bottom of the page to proceed.
Step 4: Select Your Lottery Tickets
- ACC Members: May select 1 or 2 lottery tickets
- Non-Members: May select 1 lottery ticket
After selecting your ticket(s), proceed to checkout.
Step 5: Submit Payment
Complete your payment to finalize your entry.
Once payment is submitted, you are officially entered into the lottery.
What Happens Next?
- Lottery winners will be contacted starting February 1, 2026
- Invitations will continue to be sent out until the summer season is fully booked
