Navigating the New Member Portal

Membership details, hut reservations, booking camps and courses, updating information 

Where can I find my membership number and membership card?

  • Sign in to the member portal. Once you are signed in, click the menu icon in the upper left corner, then click on the "Profile" tab. Your membership card will be viewable and downloadable under Membership Information.
  • To get a digital copy of your membership card click on the green "Request Card" button. A pdf copy of your card will be sent to the email address associated with your account.  

How do I book huts?

  • Sign in to the member portal. Once you are signed in, click the menu icon in the upper left corner, then click on the "Hut Bookings" tab. Here, you can browse hut details, check availability, and complete your reservation. 

The member rate and 180 day booking window will automatically be applied once you are signed into the portal!

How do I book camps and courses?

  • Sign in to the member portal. Once you are signed in, click the menu icon in the upper left corner, then click on the "Camps and Courses" tab. Here, you can browse available camps and courses, check dates and details, and complete your booking.

How do I change my contact information (and other personal details)?

  • Sign in to the member portal. Once you are signed in, click the menu icon in the upper left corner, then click on the "Profile" tab. Scroll down to the Personal Information section. Click “Update Details” to edit your information. Save your changes to make sure your updated details are recorded.

For family memberships, changes to child profiles can only be made by the Primary Account Holder. 

If I sign in using my Google account, do I still need a separate ACC membership password?

  • No. If you link your Google account (Gmail) to your ACC Member Portal account and sign in using the "Sign in with Google" option, you will use your Google password to access the portal and will not need a separate ACC membership password.
