ACC Grant Eligibility
Eligibility for ACC grants varies by grant. Some require ACC membership, some are open to non-members. Most have age, residency, or volunteer-status criteria.
Each ACC grant has its own eligibility requirements. Some are open to non-members; some require active membership; some are restricted by age, residency, or volunteer status.
Do I need to be an ACC member?
- ACC Environment Grant — No, but priority is given to projects from ACC members and sections
- Jen Higgins Grant for Young Women — Yes, applicants must be current ACC members
- John Lauchlan Memorial Award — No
- Jim Colpitts Memorial Scholarship — No, but priority is given to current ACC members
- Karl Nagy Memorial Scholarship — Yes, applicants must be active ACC Volunteer Leaders with current memberships
- GMC Access Grant — Yes, applicants must be current ACC members
Other eligibility criteria
- Jen Higgins Grant — young women aged 17–30
- Jim Colpitts Scholarship — Albertans aged 17–24
- John Lauchlan Award — Canadian citizens or permanent residents
- GMC Access Grant — ACC members aged 18–40
