Coverage for Backcountry Skiing

Backcountry skiing is not covered by a base TuGo policy. Add the Backcountry Skiing add-on under Adventure Sports Optional Coverage when you buy your policy.

Backcountry skiing is not covered by a base TuGo policy. To be covered, add the Backcountry Skiing add-on under Adventure Sports Optional Coverage when you purchase your policy.

This applies whether you're:

  • Skiing on your own with friends
  • Joining an ACC trip, course, or Ski Week
  • Touring or splitboarding outside resort boundaries

Select the Backcountry Skiing add-on during registration. If you've already purchased a policy without it, contact TuGo to update your coverage before your trip.
