Finding Your Membership Card and Number

Your ACC membership card and number are in the member portal under the Profile tab. You can request a digital copy via email.

Where to find your membership card

  1. Sign in to the member portal at app.alpineclubofcanada.ca
  2. Click the menu icon in the upper left corner
  3. Click the Profile tab
  4. Your membership card is shown under Membership Information

Get a PDF copy emailed to you

Click the green Request Card button. A PDF copy of your card will be sent to the email address on your account.

Why you might need it

  • To prove your membership at huts when meeting a custodian
  • When applying for partner discounts (such as The North Face Pro Industry Program)
  • When booking activities or accessing member benefits in person
