How to Access the Member Portal

The ACC member portal is at app.alpineclubofcanada.ca. Most members can sign in directly with their email and password. If you've never logged in before — or can't remember your password — use the passwordless sign-in option instead.

Sign in with email and password

If you've logged in to the portal before, sign in with the email and password you set up.

Sign in with a passwordless link

If you've never logged in before, or you can't remember your password, use the passwordless sign-in option on the login screen. A sign-in link will be emailed to you — click the link to sign in.

This is also the recommended option for members who haven't accessed the new portal yet.

Sign in with Google

You can sign in with Google if you've already registered on the portal and linked a Google account. Google sign-in is not a way to register for the first time — you'll need to set up your account first using a passwordless sign-in or password.

Not yet a member?

To join the ACC, register at app.alpineclubofcanada.ca/registration. Once your membership is set up, you'll be able to sign in to the portal.

Troubleshooting

• 404 or 403 error after sign-in: Refresh the page.
• Passwordless sign-in email not arriving: Check your spam folder. If still missing, the email on file may be out of date — contact the membership team.
• Can't access your section's website: You may need to sign the ACC waiver first — see The ACC Waiver Requirement.
