Navigating the Member Portal

A walkthrough of the main areas of the ACC member portal — Profile, Hut Bookings, Camps and Courses — and how to find each.

Once you're signed in to the member portal at app.alpineclubofcanada.ca, the main navigation is in the menu icon in the upper left corner. Here's how to get around.

Profile tab

The Profile tab is where you find your membership details, contact information, and family members. From here you can:

  • View and download your membership card (under Membership Information; click Request Card to email yourself a PDF)
  • Update personal details under Personal Information (click Update Details)
  • Add a section membership (click Add Section)
  • Manage family members (Primary Account Holder only)

Hut Bookings tab

The Hut Bookings tab is where you browse and book backcountry huts. The member rate and 180-day booking window are applied automatically while you're signed in.

Camps and Courses tab

The Camps and Courses tab lists available ACC camps and courses, with dates and program details. Member rates are applied while you're signed in.

If you don't see a tab

Some tabs only appear if they're relevant to you (for example, family member management). If something is missing that you expected, contact the membership team.
