How to access the discount

Sign in to the member portal and visit the Member Benefits page. The North Face discount details — including how to enrol and any current terms — are listed there.

The Member Benefits page is the source of truth for current details, since The North Face program terms can change.

Where to find your ACC membership card

If a partner application requires proof of membership, your membership card is in the portal under the Profile tab. Click Request Card to email yourself a PDF copy. See Finding Your Membership Card and Number.
