Updating Your Payment Method

Saved payment methods can't currently be viewed or updated from the member portal. To replace an out-of-date card, contact the membership team or enter a new card at your next purchase.

Saved payment methods are not currently visible or editable from the member portal.

If your saved card is out of date

You have two options:

  • Enter a new card at your next purchase. When you make your next purchase, you'll be prompted to enter card details — use the new card.
  • Contact the membership team. If you need a saved card removed or replaced before your next purchase (for example, ahead of an automatic renewal), email membership@alpineclubofcanada.ca or call (403) 678-3200 ext. 107.

If you didn't save a card

If you didn't opt to save a payment method, there's nothing to update — you'll enter your card details at the time of each purchase.
