Updating Your Profile, Contact Details, and Family Members

How to change your contact details, password, and family member information in the ACC member portal. Family changes can only be made by the Primary Account Holder.

Update your own contact details

  1. Sign in to the member portal at app.alpineclubofcanada.ca
  2. Click the menu icon in the upper left corner
  3. Click the Profile tab
  4. Scroll down to Personal Information
  5. Click Update Details to edit your information
  6. Save your changes

Change your email or password

To reset your password, sign out of the portal and click Reset your password on the login screen. To change your email on file, contact the membership team.

Update family member information

If you're on a family membership, the same Update Details flow is used to edit family member information. Only the Primary Account Holder can view or edit child profiles.

If you can't see your family members in the portal, you may not be the Primary Account Holder. To change the Primary Account Holder on a family membership, contact the membership team.

Find your membership card

Your membership card is also under the Profile tab. To get a digital copy, click Request Card — a PDF will be emailed to you.
