Finding Receipts and Invoices
Most ACC purchases are listed on the Transactions page in the member portal. Hut booking confirmations come by email. Tax receipts for donations are emailed separately.
Where to find your receipts
Most ACC purchases are listed in the portal at app.alpineclubofcanada.ca/transactions. Sign in first, then visit that page to view and download your receipts.
Hut bookings
Hut booking confirmations are sent by email instead of appearing on the Transactions page. Search your inbox for the booking confirmation if you need to print or forward it.
Automatic emails
You'll automatically receive an email receipt or confirmation after each purchase. If a receipt didn't arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact the membership team.
Tax receipts (donations)
Tax receipts for donations are not downloadable from the Transactions page. They're emailed separately. If you've donated and haven't received your tax receipt, contact the membership team.
Need a receipt for an old purchase
For receipts that aren't on the Transactions page or in your email — for example, older purchases or anything unusual — contact the membership team:
