If I sign in using my Google account, do I still need a separate ACC membership password?

No. If you link your Google account (Gmail) to your ACC Member Portal account and sign in using the "Sign in with Google" option, you will use your Google password to access the portal and will not need a separate ACC membership password.

Why am I still receiving emails from 2m?

How do I find my membership number and membership card?

Log in to the membership portal at app.alpineclubofcanada.ca. Once logged in, click the hamburger icon in the upper left corner. Click on Profile. Your membership card will be viewable and downloadable under Membership Information.

How do I add a section to my membership?

First, log into the member portal! From the Hamburger Menu, choose “Member Benefits.” Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Update Membership.” Click the button, choose the section you’d like to update, enter your card details, and complete checkout!

If I am a member, how do I book huts?

As a member, booking huts is simple. First, sign into the member portal with your account. Once you’re logged in, the system will automatically recognize your membership and apply the member rate, as well as open up the exclusive member booking window. From the main menu, look for “Hut Bookings” — that’s where you’ll find all available options. You can browse hut details, check availability, and complete your reservation directly through the portal.

If I am a member, how do I book adventures?

As a member, booking adventures is easy. Start by signing in to the member portal with your account. From the main menu, select “Camps and Courses”, that’s where all adventure options are listed. You can browse available adventures, check dates and details, and complete your booking directly through the portal.

How do I change my email address (and other personal details)?

To change your email address or update other personal details, start by signing in to the member portal. Once you’re logged in:

  1. Select “Profile” from the menu.

  2. Scroll down to the Personal Details section.

  3. Click “Update Details” to edit your information.

  4. Save your changes to make sure your updated details are recorded.
